HELP RECRUIT NEW VOLUNTEERS IN HOUSTON!
No one can share the experience of volunteering with Catholic Charities like a Catholic Charities volunteer. Join members of the Volunteer Services Team and staff from the Guadalupe Basic Needs Center to talk with the public about our volunteer opportunities.
We will set up at the East End Market to promote all of our opportunities with a special emphasis on getting more volunteers for the Guadalupe Center pantry and food distributions. The Market is located at The Esplanade on Navigation, 2800 Navigation Blvd., Houston 77003.
Two shifts are available:
Shift 1: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Help with setup and engage with marketgoers.
Shift 2: 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Engage with marketgoers and help with takedown at the end of the market.
Cold drinks and snacks will be provided!
