Trini’s Market, located at the Mamie George Community Center in Richmond, Texas, is a self-select food pantry available to Fort Bend County senior adults in need of food assistance. We offer a wide variety of canned goods, dry goods, fresh produce, meats, breads and beverages. Our guests are able to select and shop for the items in which they are most in need.
Volunteers will help in the Hewitt Warehouse adjacent to the Market and complete some or all of the following duties:
- Help load/unload deliveries
- Sort and inspect for quality of donated grocery items
- Bag individual items for future client use
- Assist with stocking shelves, labeling items, and maintaining cleanliness
- Heavy lifting required (30-50 lbs.)
- May work in walk-in fridge/freezer temperatures
