Volunteer: Isle Market Pantry Stocker

PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN HELPING TO KEEP THE ISLE MARKET PANTRY IN GALVESTON RUNNING SMOOTHLY!

As an Isle Market Pantry Stocker, you can help Catholic Charities fulfill its vision of helping those in need achieve self-sufficiency and live with dignity.

Volunteer Stockers handle deliveries from the Galveston Food Bank by stocking shelves in the pantry's storeroom, breaking down boxes, helping to keep the storeroom and back areas of the pantry organized and looking their best. Stockers also help pack bags of groceries (or "Pre-Bags") that are given to pantry clients.

We're looking for volunteers who don’t mind a little heavy lifting (15 lbs. max) and getting their hands dirty. Some previous experience is helpful but not needed. All supplies are provided. A criminal background check is required.
